His Grace Bishop Ilarion, Bishop of Edmonton and the Western Eparchy, Locum Tenens of the Metropolitan Cathedral, presided at a Meeting of the Full Council of the Central Eparchy on August 17, 2021 via ZOOM. Matters pertaining to the Central Eparchy were discussed.
