Concelebrating with His Eminence was His Grace Bishop Andriy of Toronto and the Eastern Eparchy of the UOCC. The Hierarchs were assisted Protopresbyter Victor Lakusta, Archpriest Yurii Obukh, Archpriest Dr. Timothy Chrapko, Protodeacon Yaroslav Boychuk, Protodeacon Anton Lakusta, and Deacon Mark Dumanski. This Divine Liturgy culminated the first in person meeting of the Consistory Board that had taken place in Edmonton from September 26-27.
