On Saturday, April 1, 2023, His Eminence Metropolitan Ilarion celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Chapel in St. Andrew’s College, Winnipeg. During the Divine Liturgy, His Eminence Metropolitan Ilarion ordained  Subdeacon Oleksiy Skyba to the Holy Diaconate. His Eminence was assisted by clergy of the Winnipeg Deanery.

In his pastoral message of guidance, His Eminence Metropolitan Ilarion, called the newly ordained Deacon to become a faithful and humble servant to the Church of Christ.
