On Cheesefare Sunday, His Eminence Metropolitan Ilarion, Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Canada, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Edmonton, AB. In sorrowful commemoration of the anniversary of the Full-Scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, His Eminence served a Memorial Litia for the Repose of the souls of all those who have given up their lives in defence of Ukraine, as well as the innocent victims of this aggression. He was assisted by Cathedral clergy.
