On June 5, 2026, His Eminence Metropolitan Ilarion, Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Canada, together with members of the clergy, visited Metropolitan Emeritus Yurij on the occasion of his 75th birthday.

During the visit, words of congratulations were offered, prayers were said, and Mnohaya Lita was sung in honour of Metropolitan Emeritus Yurij.

Metropolitan Ilarion expressed his gratitude to Metropolitan Emeritus Yurij for his devoted service to the Church and wished him good health, spiritual strength, and many blessed years.
